Privacy Policy

Privacy by Architecture: Zero Telemetry

At Erayaha, privacy is an engineering invariant. We adhere to a strict zero-telemetry, privacy-by-default architecture across all our open-source software tools, CLI binaries, and hosted documentation portals.

Local Execution & No Code Transmission

When you run any of our developer utilities (`anti-dark`, `slop-scan`), processing occurs 100% on your local machine or continuous integration runner. Your proprietary source code, internal schemas, and repository files are never uploaded, retained, or transmitted to any third-party infrastructure.

Static Website Data Governance

This hub and all associated sub-project documentation sites are hosted statically on GitHub Pages. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics pixels, browser fingerprinting scripts, or third-party behavioral trackers.

No Protected Health Information (PHI)

Our healthcare platform (Medical Outcomes Explorer) exclusively processes aggregated, facility-level public datasets published by HHS, CMS, and the FDA. We do not collect, ingest, or store any personal medical records or Protected Health Information subject to HIPAA.
